Our Returns Promise

At Pnachi Furnitures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your furniture purchase, we're here to help. Our Returns and Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our commitments to ensure a fair and transparent process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Opened or used textiles, fabrics, or soft furnishings
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Additional non-returnable items may be specified at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pnachifurnitures.com

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs documenting the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:


  • Full refund including delivery costs
  • Replacement of the damaged item
  • Partial refund for repair costs
  • Store credit toward a future purchase

Delivery Policy

Pnachi Furnitures handles all deliveries directly. Delivery fees are charged based on the distance to the delivery location. Short-distance deliveries within our local area may qualify for free delivery.


While we strive to deliver all products on time and in perfect condition, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or vehicle breakdowns.

Exchanges

We primarily offer refunds for returned items. However, if you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@pnachifurnitures.com to arrange this.
